  • No sitting preference is guaranteed unless a table is booked (12 people per table)
  • Hotel rooms will only be guaranteed with payment.
  • Double / Twin room rates are per room not per person
  • Rooms are available from 2pm on the day of arrival
  • Rooms must be vacated by 11am on the day of departure.

IVR ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING 2008
